This is a love story 9 years in the making, you guys!  Truly a love that has stood the test of time and is ready for that next step, to continue their never-ending love.  When I got the news that Javier was about to pop the big question, I was over the moon for them. Their families worked hard to keep this a surprise. And if you know Jocelynn, this was not an easy task....ha!
